As we gather amidst the vibrant flora and fauna of Dominica, we will be reminded of the interconnectedness of all life forms. Here, in this untouched paradise, we will find the perfect setting for our transformative retreat. Through the practices of yoga, meditation, and sacred ceremonies, we will delve deep into the essence of our being, while inviting deep relaxation and nurturing for our souls.
Our days will be filled with immersive experiences; from sunrise yoga sessions to moonlit meditations under the canopy of towering trees, each moment will be an invitation to connect with the natural rhythms of the island and ourselves.
In the company of fellow seekers, we will embark on nature excursions that will reveal the island's diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife. We will dive into crystal-clear waters teeming with colorful marine life, hike through lush forests alive with the song of tropical birds, and immerse ourselves in the rejuvenating energy of cascading waterfalls.

Alex Holiday is a lifelong student of nature, movement and transformational practices. Alex has logged over a thousand hours of yoga teaching where she is passionate about creating accessible classes for everyone and every body. Her teaching is rooted in the principles that if you change your energy you change your mind. Alex’s meets students where they are at, reminding them to drop judgment while approaching practice with love and humor. Her knowledge is rooted in the teachings of Tantra, Ayurveda, and Earth Wisdom. She is an Ayurvedic health coach, yoga teacher, sanctioned ceremonial guide, wife of an adorable husband, cooker of delicious things and expert joy maker.

Paula Coyne has been on a pathway of integrating and sharing transformational practices all her life. Passionate about healing, growth and the embodied spiritual experience, she has trained to bring together potent methods of healing and transformation from various traditions, encompassing the needs of Spirit, Emotions, Body and HeartMind. She is a Clinical Psychologist, Reiki Master, Certified Yoga teacher, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitator, and has been initiated in leading the feminine movement practice called “Qoya”. She is sanctioned to teach and to guide ceremonies based on the wisdom of Nature after over 20 years of study and practice with her Earth Wisdom teachers.

Please note: A $500 non-refundable deposit will secure your spot. Cancellation given 60 days or more before the event will be given a full refund, minus the deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days of the retreat. In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person.
Unforeseen circumstances may require us to change activities; however, we will do our very best to keep the schedule as is, or replace an offering with another of similar interest and value.
